'Nigerians are queens and kings of clap backs- Entertainment/Social Analyst, Akinyele Solchild

Read his piecebelow....

They say we are Queens and Kings of clap backs, to many it's entertaining and fun.
In my opinion I think it is becoming an order of the day that even in a sensitive situation all we can think of is savage. It's an unbecoming act that will soon make the world see us as insensitive people because of our pettiness.

Richard Quest a popular big mouthed Media Personnel with an unbelievable hundreds of millions of audience varying from World Governments, Worldwide business Moguls, Philanthropists and prospect well wishers network is in Nigeria for a visit. This for me can be destiny playing out for a nation with bias government, recession struggle and loads opportunity desires of creative peopleople to speak out to the world through his platform as we expose the irregularities happening here and see if help can locate us. Instead we are busy arguing with him whose Jollof Rice is better, ours or the Ghanaians.
Ah o ma se o.

Every day I look at the typical NIGERIAN intellect and I cry for them, how we want something so bad and we don't know when to speak for it or grab it. Opportunity come and go without a cling to what it can begot.

There was Mark Zuckerberg in town some months ago, I can still remember nobody even sat down to ask what he is here for that can benefit the common man, instead we were all discussing how he is so rich and simple whilst ours here are so poor and still living extravagantly. Awon team savage, clap back Queens and Kings. Hmm

If this is what our destiny is, then I'll be disappointed that with our gifts if well maximised could have begot for us better things.

At least Richard Quest will go and we will return back to our ruling from home President and the Nollywood script type of government he is giving us.

Remind me quickly again what happened to the Ikoyi money? Budget? Light? BBOG?
Oops I worry too much. Have a turnt up weekend great, intelligent people of Nigeria.

E ku savage.
