Russia, Egypt sign nuclear power plant deal..

Egypt and Russia has agreed to establish a nuclear power plant worth of $21bn(£15.7bn) in Egypt.

The country's own nuclear company confirmed that the nuclear plant would be completed by 2019 as Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an agreement with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

“I am pleased to note that our economic ties are developing at a fairly high rate. We really have a lot of good projects ahead [including] the nuclear power plant,” Mr Putin said.
