Hillary Clinton casts her vote in New York

A clearly touched Hillary Clinton arrived at her Chappaqua, New York polling place this morning, with husband, former President Bill Clinton, at her side and expressed gratitude when being embraced and applauded by follow voters.

'It is the most humbling feeling,' Clinton said of casting a vote for herself in the election.

'Because I know how much responsibility goes with this and so many people are counting on the outcome of this election, what it means for our country and I will do the very best I can if I'm fortunate enough to win today.'

Note that if Clinton wins tonight against rival Donald Trump, she'll make history as the first female president of the United States.
